Bought the gear. Did the workout?

An original sketch: all set, almost

No new study today—just an original comedy sketch. A character lines up trainers, a water bottle and a towel, then nods proudly: “With preparation this good, can I count that as done?”

Cut to a checklist. Gear: ready. Activity: not started. A voice asks: “Are you getting ready for a workout, or filming an unboxing?”

The joke is about preparation stealing the scene, not anyone’s body, fitness or adaptive equipment. Buying gear can be enjoyable and useful. Organising it and doing an activity are simply different things.

At the end, the character puts down the phone and writes down a suitable activity and a time that fits. No grand public promise or competition required. Choose one manageable next step for yourself.

What line would you give this character: “Finished the water before leaving home” or “The playlist is longer than the workout”? This is a fictional sketch concept, not a report of the founder’s habits or exercise results.
